Seven jobs that keep weather off the building and water away from the footing. Every one has a page setting out its limits as well as its scope.
If your problem does not obviously belong under one of these, the free look will say which it is.
Every layer renewed and every exclusion written down, so the final invoice holds no surprises.

Every job here is done by the crew that quoted it. That is what makes a firm figure possible and a callback simple, and it is why the list stops at the weather envelope instead of stretching across trades we would have to hire in.
A scope that only lists what is included leaves the awkward conversations for later, usually at the point when the covering is off and leverage has changed hands. Publishing the limits on every page does the opposite: it puts the uncomfortable parts in front of you while you are still choosing, which costs us some jobs and makes the rest run quietly. If something you need is outside them, you will hear that on the phone rather than three days into the work.
Most calls start with a symptom rather than a service. That is the normal way round.
